Supporter Liason Officer (SLO)

The SLO manages relations with fans. They are in charge of relations with supporters and the main point of contact for corporate events organised by supporter clubs. Paola Calcagno is the SLO of Genoa Cfc. She is in charge of management of any problems, providing specific legal advice and securing links between the club and its supporters. She works closely with the security manager, assuming a mediation role when necessary.
